Infrastructure Support Service

The aim of Thrive Trafford's Infrastructure Service is to assist Trafford Council and the Trafford Partnership in delivering the Trafford Third Sector Strategy and to achieve their vision of a thriving Third Sector.

Thrive Trafford provides a unique opportunity to work with all partners in Trafford and beyond, including statutory, private sector, and third sector organisations, to help make a step change and create long lasting impact.

Our approach is strategic; independent; partnership based; and responsive to change. In particular, we aim to be innovative in delivery, with support carefully focused on need and achieving improved outcomes for the residents of Trafford

We are introducing a more enterprising culture to the third sector in Trafford, supporting the development of social enterprises, community asset transfer, public sector contracting; promotion of Volunteering across the Borough and fostering greater collaboration between organisations and approaches which respond to new initiatives and enable the development of original solutions to the design of future services.
